The Music in YOU project aims to create an environment in which tolerance and solidarity are not taught but actively lived. By working together towards common goals, the project aims to strengthen youth groups and ensure that every participant feels valued and a sense of belonging. The most important elements are:

- Promoting music as a method of social inclusion, enabling young people to express themselves creatively and participate in discussions about diversity and social issues.
- Using music to develop deeper connections and understanding between participants, highlighting music's ability to communicate emotions and ideas beyond words.
- demonstrate the diversity of musical styles and their potential to promote respect, solidarity and teamwork.
- Recognize the role of music in promoting values such as respect and solidarity.
Objectives of the partnership:
- Strengthening the ability of youth workers to inspire young people through creative expression.
- Promoting social inclusion, active citizenship, intercultural understanding and creativity among young people in partner countries.
- Promoting the recognition of music as an important tool for integration and civic participation in youth work and education.

Youth Worker Training
Connecting Youth Through Music and Creativity
Six partner countries, 18 passionate youth workers, one shared vision: using music and creativity to inspire and unite. This international initiative focused on equipping youth workers with innovative tools to engage young people, promote inclusion, and encourage intercultural understanding.
Through interactive workshops, participants explored how music—a universal language—can break barriers, foster active citizenship, and create a sense of belonging. By blending creativity with purpose, they aim to spark positive change and build more inclusive communities.
This project training highlighted the transformative power of collaboration and reminds us all: creativity connects us.
The next step in this journey is the Local Groups Training, where new local teams will come together to transform these ideas into impactful actions within their communities.
